3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling a pickup.
• You must be the rightful owner of the scrap or authorized to sell/dispose of it.
• You agree not to sell or submit stolen, illegal, or hazardous materials.

4. Scrap Evaluation & Pricing

Scrap prices may vary based on material type, condition, weight, and current market rates. Final pricing will be confirmed after physical inspection and weighing using certified digital scales.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made instantly after pickup via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. EcoRecyle.in reserves the right to refuse service if payment details are incorrect or incomplete.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your pickup anytime before our team arrives. For last-minute cancellations, please inform us at least 1 hour in advance through phone or WhatsApp.

7. Data Privacy

Your personal details (name, phone, address, etc.) are collected only for service purposes and handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share user information with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

EcoRecyle.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, pricing discrepancies, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

9. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to sell non-recyclable or hazardous materials
• Interfering with our website’s operation or security
